​Similar to a guided meditation, this workshop offers each participant the time and space to mindfully engage with their body, their breath, and the acts of drawing and mark making.

45-minute mindful drawing sessions

We will explore a different drawing technique each session, and learn how to use these techniques to form a drawing-based mindfulness practice.

Sessions will begin and end with a guided breathing exercise

pen/marker/pencil -
whatever you're most comfortable with
